What Sunie is

Sunie is a practice of deep listening — the opposite of the "hack, optimise, force" mindset. Where biohacking asks "what can I add to perform more?", Sunie asks "what signal from the body, sleep or rhythm is telling me where to go?".

The method takes its name and fundamental logic from ancestral traditions of deep listening that have been refining this technology for centuries. On top of that foundation sits a contemporary layer of applied neuroscience, modern somatics (what we know as biohacking techniques) and work with the unconscious — which makes it a practice usable by professionals living with corporate schedules, not on retreats.

"Listen before optimising."

The three pillars

Every program articulates three dimensions of performance. The proportion changes according to format, but the three are always present.

1 · Sustainable performance

Cognitive focus, attention management, productivity without collapse. Tools: breathwork, digital input management, neuroscience of deep work, Eisenhower matrix, B4E protocol, cultivation of flow state, use of nootropics.

2 · Somatic wellbeing

Deep rest, nervous regulation, conscious stressors. Tools: sleep hygiene, Yoga Nidra (NSDR), cryotherapy, chronotype knowledge, high-intensity exercise, intermittent fasting, active rest, supplements.

3 · Psychic depth

Work with dreams, visions and integration of the unconscious. Symbolic reading applied to decisions, psychic presence for moments of tension, integration of meaning. This is the least common pillar in coaching offers — and for many clients, the one that opens doors that had been closed for years.

How work happens in a program

Every structured program (1:1 or group) respects a four-phase architecture. What changes between an 8-12 week program and a 10-session corporate program is depth, not structure.

Phase 1 · Somatic listening

Before changing anything, we map how the system is today. Body, sleep, biological rhythms. PSS-10 as a measurable baseline.

Phase 2 · Cognitive focus

Deep attention, input management, B4E protocol. The idea isn't to do more — it's to protect the hours that matter.

Phase 3 · Regulation

Acute vs chronic stress, breathing, restoration. This is where the somatic practice becomes a resource usable under real pressure.

Phase 4 · Integration

Applying change into everyday life, new neural patterns, decision-making, sustainability. The most singular component of the method and, for those who try it, the most memorable.

What we measure

I work with validated instruments and weekly trackers because I believe in making change visible. PSS-10 (Perceived Stress Scale) at the beginning and end of the program. Weekly tracker of sleep, deep focus and evening energy. Structured qualitative self-reports at program milestones.

This measurement is what allows you to see, at 8 or 10 weeks, that something real happened. Not just "I felt good the first few weeks" — but "I'm creating new patterns that reinforce my vital energy, my motivation and my alignment with what really matters to me".
